Mindful Moments: Meditations for Cultivating Compassion, Awareness & Everyday Mindfulness
Digital Sale: $12.00 I All Sales are Final.
Mindfulness is a principle of being aware and awake to the present moment. It is a continuous practice that can be cultivated in every moment of one’s life, whether sitting down, walking, working, eating or talking. In the past 30 years, research studies on mindfulness-based interventions have shown improvements in physical, psychological and emotional factors, including: lower blood pressure, chronic pain, immune disorders, concentration levels, depression, anger management, anxiety, disordered eating. It also cultivates empathy, compassion, resiliency and alters ones’ brain structure. In "Mindful Moments", Chau Du, a mindfulness meditation facilitator, and psychotherapist offers seven of her most meaningful guided meditations, suitable for beginners or individuals wishing to deepen their mindfulness practice. Instead of being on “automatic pilot”, the practice of mindfulness allows one to be completely present, and to live life fully everyday with curiosity, equanimity and a non-judgemental attitude. With Mindful Moments, nurture your inner wisdom to connect with your capacity to be compassionate, present, open and to grow in all facets of your everyday life. Preview meditation samples below:
